AUTHENTIC NEAPOLITAN PIZZA, MADE ENTIRELY FROM SCRATCH.


The dough is made FRESH daily on site usING live yeast, Caputo ‘farina’ (flour) and it’s slow fermented twice up to 48 hours. This way it’s easy to digest with a puffy ‘cornicione’ (crust). Our pizzas are stretched by hand in the traditional NEAPOLITAN shape of ‘ruota di carro’ (carriage wheel) always over 12” diameter.


We are accepting orders for Delivery and Pickup.
